Emergency visits and your first retainers being in the fee is the unusual part. It is not standard, and it is the difference between a quoted price and a final price. You will not be billed for a poking wire or a broken bracket.

How much do braces cost?
It depends on what has to move and how long it takes, so any number on a website would be a guess. You’ll get your exact fee in writing at the consultation, before you decide anything.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, interest-free, with a down payment and equal monthly installments. No credit application to a third party.
Is there a discount for paying up front?
Yes, a bookkeeping discount.
What if my child needs two phases of treatment?
They’re quoted separately, and you’ll know at the first visit whether that’s what you’re looking at.
Does insurance cover orthodontics?
Many plans include an orthodontic benefit, usually as a lifetime maximum rather than an annual one. We verify yours before you come in and show you what’s expected. We can’t promise what a carrier will pay.
What if we can’t afford it right now?
Come in anyway and get the real number. Plenty of families find the monthly figure is different from what they’d assumed, and knowing beats wondering.
